Success stories

What we've built
for our clients.

A sports technology company and a Toronto training facility. Different businesses, the same problem: too many tools, and nothing that fit the way they actually work.

01 Athlete development platform

POWA
One athlete record, four views.

The problem

Coaching-led sports organizations usually run on six separate tools: a coaching app, a roster spreadsheet, a booking platform, an invoicing tool, a parent group chat and a reporting spreadsheet. POWA's view was simple: one athlete should not need six tools.

What we built

One athlete record with four views, for the owner, the coach, the athlete and the parent. Programs are built from each athlete's own numbers. Assessments show what changed since the last test. Bookings and billing follow the membership plan. Coaches get a Huddle Brief before every session, and private notes athletes and parents never see. Parents manage every child from one login, and chat with a minor always includes at least two adult staff, enforced by the system rather than left to a setting.

For the whole family

“One athlete should not need six tools. BIZMYZE put programs, testing, bookings, memberships, invoices and parent chat on a single athlete record, and that became the platform our clubs run on.”

02 Strength and conditioning, Toronto

LPS Athletic Centre
Train where the pros train.

The problem

Jeremy Choi runs LPS Athletic Centre in Toronto, a strength and conditioning facility whose motto is "Train where the pros train." He needed one place to run his athletes' training and the business around it. The software he was quoted cost a fortune and still didn't match the way LPS coaches. So he reached out to us.

What we built

A system shaped around how LPS actually coaches, not around a vendor's template: athletes' programs and testing, bookings, memberships and billing in one place, at a price that made sense for the business instead of the quote he had been given.

“We were quoted a fortune for athlete software that still wouldn't run the way we coach. BIZMYZE built exactly what LPS needed for a price that made sense, and I'm genuinely excited to run our training on it.”

How we run builds like these

Every BIZMYZE build follows the same sequence. You see a working prototype at the first milestone, so you judge real software instead of mockups. Your current tools stay live in a parallel run until the new system has proven itself in real operation, and nothing is cancelled before then. At handover you own the source code, the data, the documentation and the hosting, with full IP assignment written into the contract.
