Systemyze. Automyze. Optimyze.
We build custom operating systems for agencies, clinics, gyms and service businesses: 5-10 scattered tools replaced by one app you own.

Pick the tools you pay for now. The demo builds the single app that takes their place, and every module opens like the real thing.

The BIZMYZE Guarantee
"Bizmyze replaced three tools we were paying for every month. Our onboarding process that used to take two days now runs itself. I genuinely don't know how we managed before."
"The ROI was immediate. We cut our SaaS spend by 60% and the custom system they built fits our workflows perfectly. Every other consultant wanted to fit us into a template. Bizmyze actually listened."
Honest Answers
Starter modules come in under $3k, most full systems land between $3k and $10k, and a complete business OS starts around $10k (see the pricing bands above). Whatever the scope, you get one fixed number in writing before we start, and it doesn't move unless you change the scope. After launch: $0/month in tool subscriptions.
First working module in 2-3 weeks. A typical full system takes 6-10 weeks. You'll see a working prototype at the first milestone: not mockups, the actual software.
Honestly: software needs occasional care. Hosting runs a few dollars a month, paid by you directly with no markup. We offer an optional care plan that costs less than a single SaaS seat, and because you get full documentation and source code, any developer can maintain it. You're never locked to us.
You'd still own everything: the source code, the database, the docs, and the hosting account in your name. Your system keeps running without us, and any competent developer can pick it up. That's the point of owning instead of renting.
SaaS is proven at being generic: you adapt to it, pay per seat, and never own anything. We de-risk the switch instead: your current tools stay live and running in parallel until the new system has proven itself in your real operation. You cancel subscriptions last, not first.
If you're running on fewer than three tools, spending under ~$150/month, or your processes change completely every quarter: keep your stack, it's the right call. We tell people this on the free call regularly. Custom wins when the stack is big, the fees compound, and the tools don't talk to each other.
