Privacy Policy
We collect almost nothing, and what we do collect exists for one purpose: replying to you. Here is the complete picture, in plain language.
This is a plain-language template. Have it reviewed by a lawyer for your jurisdiction.
What we collect
The only personal data this site collects is what you type into the contact form: your email address and whatever you tell us about your business: tools you use, team size, what's slowing you down. There are no account signups and no payment fields anywhere on this site.
How we use it
Contact form submissions are emailed to us and used for exactly two things: replying to you (within 24 hours) and preparing your free operations audit. We never sell your information, never share it with third parties for marketing, and never add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
Spam protection
The form includes a hidden "honeypot" field that only automated bots fill in. If it's filled, the submission is silently discarded. It collects nothing from real visitors. It's a trap for machines, not a tracker for humans.
Cookies and analytics
This site currently sets no analytics cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting files from Google's servers.
Hosting logs
Like nearly every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs: IP address, pages requested, browser type, and timestamps. We use these only for security and to keep the site running, and they are rotated automatically by the host.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as the conversation is live, and afterwards only as long as ordinary business records require. If we build a system for you, project data is governed by the signed agreement, and it lives on infrastructure you own, not ours.
Your rights: deletion and access
Want to know what we hold about you, or want it deleted? Email us at the address on our contact form and say so. We'll confirm within 24 hours and delete your data unless the law requires us to keep a record of it.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change (for example, if we ever add analytics), we'll update this page before the change takes effect, not after.
Your details go to one inbox, get used to prepare your audit, and nowhere else.
