We got tired of watching good businesses rent their own operations.
We kept meeting small businesses paying for nine tools that don't talk to each other: a CRM here, a booking app there, spreadsheets holding it all together. BIZMYZE exists to build the alternative: one system, owned by you.
Why we exist
The typical small business today runs on a stack of rented software: a CRM like HubSpot, forms in Typeform, booking in Calendly, invoicing in QuickBooks, automations glued together with Zapier, and a spreadsheet nobody trusts filling the gaps. Each tool is fine on its own. Together they're expensive, disconnected, and permanently on loan. Stop paying any one of them and a piece of your business stops working.
We think that's backwards. A business owns its premises, its equipment, and its brand. We believe it should own its operating system the same way: software built for how you actually work, running on hosting in your name, with the source code, data, and documentation transferred to you. That's what we build, and it's the only thing we build.
How we work
BIZMYZE is a small shop by design. When you call, you talk to the people who will build your system, not an account manager relaying notes to a team you'll never meet. That keeps quality high and the loop between "you explained it" and "we built it" short.
- Fixed written quotes. The price is itemized and agreed before work starts, and it doesn't move unless the scope does (in writing, both ways).
- Honest build-vs-buy advice. We regularly tell people not to build. If your subscriptions are cheap and working, custom software is the wrong spend, and we'll say so on the audit call.
- You own the result. Source code, data, docs, and hosting: full IP assignment written into the contract, with a parallel run before you cancel anything.

We're a registered business. Full legal entity details are listed in our Terms. We work with clients remotely, and everything from the audit call to handover happens over video, email, and your own hosting accounts.
