The price is agreed in writing. Then it doesn't move.

No hourly meters, no surprise invoices, no subscription for your own software. Here is exactly how a BIZMYZE engagement works, what it costs, and what you own at the end.

Typical project ranges

Every build is quoted individually, but honest ranges beat "contact us for pricing." Most BIZMYZE projects fall into one of three bands:

Starter Module

Under $3k · 2-3 weeks

One workflow done properly: booking, invoicing, or a simple CRM. The right first step if you want to test how we work before committing to a full system.

Business OS

From $10k · scoped together

The full command center plus cross-department automations, integrations with anything you keep, and reporting. Scoped module by module so the total stays predictable.

What moves the price within a band: number of tools being replaced, data migration complexity, how many user roles you need, and integrations with anything you're keeping (payment processors, accounting, etc.). All of it is itemized in the written quote, so you see exactly what each module costs before deciding.

What "you own the code" actually includes

  • The full source code repository, transferred to an account you control, not a license to use our code.
  • Your data in your database, hosted on infrastructure in your name, exportable at any time.
  • Documentation: setup, architecture, and admin docs written so any competent developer can maintain the system without us.
  • Deployment access: the hosting account, domain, and credentials are yours from day one.
  • Full IP assignment in the contract: not "perpetual license," ownership. This is written into every agreement.

What it doesn't include: third-party costs stay third-party: hosting (typically a few dollars a month, paid by you directly, no markup), a domain name, and any external services you choose to keep (e.g., a payment processor's transaction fees). We name these in the quote so there are zero surprise line items.

After launch: support options

The software is yours either way. Support is optional. Choose it because it's convenient, not because you're trapped.

  • Quarterly systems review

Risk mitigation, in plain words

  • Fixed quote: scope surprises are our cost, not yours. The price changes only if you change the scope, in writing, both ways.
  • Milestone payments: you pay in stages and see a working prototype at the first milestone. If it isn't what we specced, you don't pay for that milestone.
  • Parallel run: your current tools stay live until the new system has proven itself in real operation. You cancel subscriptions last, not first.
  • Exit plan: because you own the code, data, docs, and hosting, leaving us is a decision, not a project. No exit fees, no data ransom, ever.

When we'll tell you not to build

If you're running on fewer than three tools, spending under ~$150/month on subscriptions, or your processes change completely every quarter, custom software probably isn't worth it yet, and we'll say so on the audit call. We'd rather lose a project than build you something you don't need.
